Matviy DASHCHENKO (November 30, 2008), diagnosis: Spina Bifida, neuromuscular scoliosis, postoperative hydrocephalus, lower paresis, grade 6 neuromuscular thoracolumbar scoliosis, condition after corrective osteotomy. He studies excellently at the specialized school "Nadia".
As of now, Matviy's family needs financial assistance to purchase a constructure for surgical treatment on the spine, the cost of this system is UAH 265,800.

HOW TO GET HELP
At the beginning of May 2023, the Ohmatdyt Foundation together with the NCSH "OHMATDYT" Orthopedics Department, the head of Oleksiy BEBESHKO, launched a charitable program of personal assistance to patients who need surgical treatment with the use of structures.
To participate in the charity program, the following conditions must be met:

SEE A DOCTOR (POLYCLINIC)
It is necessary to contact the NCSH "OHMATDYT" CONSULTATIVE - DIAGNOSTIC POLYCLINIC, Kyiv city, Streetenska 7/9, and make an appointment for a consultation with an orthopedist - pediatric traumatologist.

OBTAINING AN ADVISORY OPINION
Get the specialist's initial diagnosis and recommendations on the need for hospitalization in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the NCSH "OKHMATDYT". A warrant will also be issued with a date for hospitalization in a hospital.

DOCTOR'S CONSULTATION (HOSPITAL)
Hospitalization at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the NCSH "OHMATDYT", where an additional examination will be conducted, and based on its results, the necessary structure for surgical treatment will be selected.

APPLICATION TO THE OHMATDYT FUND FOR RECEIVING PERSONAL CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE
All patients of NCSH "OHMATDYT" have the opportunity to apply to the Ohmatdyt Charitable Foundation to participate in the charitable program of personal assistance, which is aimed at helping those patients who have been diagnosed and need surgical treatment using the structure.
